Hiring a UX Designer? 6.5 Questions to Ask
So you are hiring a UX designer? You have product idea. You’ve put together a cracker jack development team. You realize users actually wanting to use (or even, yikes! enjoying) your product is an essential component to success. The only problem? You have never been a UX designer. So what do you ask a UX designer in an interview so that you can ensure that they can truly help your team? Well, first you need to assess what kind of designer you need.
